It came out of a thunderstorm hovering over the Grand Canyon in the east. As it silently approached, I could see what looked like the city lights warping off an invisible orb underneath I can only assume was it's shielding. While gliding in a long S pattern, it rotated 120° so that the point facing north was now facing west. Right over my head, possibly 500 ft southerly, I could see all of it's belly with what looked like a red glow softly outlining a twisted Sierpinski triangle with circles and lines. Since it was just below the storm remnants, it appeared as large as a 747 or slightly larger. I reached out and yelled, "Holy $#!+" before it then suddenly, and still with no sound, rocketed off towards the high deserts of California. I will never forget what I saw. TR3B |
